Open the app and sign in with the login we set up for your studio. Add it to your phone’s home screen for one-tap access.
Set up your studio
In Settings, make Vappy yours: your lists (colours, lace sizes, QC checklist), your staff and their roles, your standard times, and your working days.
Take your first intake
Tap New, add the customer, and log the hair that came in — form, length, weight, colour. That’s your first custody, on the record.
Build & track
Apply a service to build or revamp the unit. Vappy sets the deadline in working days and shows it on your dashboard — teal on time, gold due soon, coral if it’s slipping.
QC & return
Run your quality check, send a read-only link for the customer to approve, and close the job. It moves to History — nothing disappears.
